Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, training for performance, or investing in your health, we're committed to helping you Move Better. Feel Better. Live Well.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective Exercise is a targeted movement therapy that helps your body relearn how to move well. We look at how you stand, walk, and use your joints, then design specific exercises to reduce pain and improve alignment.

Tailored Sessions
In a typical session, we assess your posture and movement patterns, then guide you through slow, precise exercises. Each exercise is chosen to support your joints, stabilize weak areas, and retrain overworked muscles. You’ll leave with a simple plan you can repeat at home.

  • Key Benefits:
  • Reduces chronic pain linked to poor posture and movement habits
  • Improves joint alignment and overall body mechanics
  • Builds strength in key stabilizing muscles
  • Supports long-term function, not just short-term relief
  • Helps you move with more confidence in daily life and sport

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Assisted Stretch Therapy is a hands-on stretching session where your therapist moves your body for you. This allows your muscles and nervous system to relax more deeply than with stretching alone.

During a session, you’ll lie or sit comfortably while your therapist gently moves your arms, legs, and spine through safe ranges of motion. We use slow, controlled stretches and breathing cues to help your body release tension without forcing the tissue.

Key Benefits

  • Increases flexibility and joint range of motion
  • Reduces muscle stiffness after training or sitting
  • Supports better posture and movement efficiency
  • Calms the nervous system and lowers stress
  • Helps you feel lighter, looser, and more mobile

Clinical Focus

A clinical approach to treating trigger points and nerve‑related pain. We analyze how your muscles, nerves, and joints interact to address specific symptoms.

Neuromuscular Therapy Focus

The Methodology

We use sustained pressure and slow friction to locate trigger points, reducing tension and restoring healthy, balanced muscle tone.

Clinical Outcomes

  • Decreases chronic neck, back, and hip pain
  • Reduces tension headaches and jaw discomfort
  • Improves nerve function and reduces radiating pain
  • Restores balanced movement patterns

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release targets the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and links your muscles. When fascia becomes restricted, it can limit movement and create widespread tension.

During a session, we use slow, sustained pressure and gentle stretching along fascial lines. There is no quick “rubbing”; instead, we wait for the tissue to soften and lengthen. You may feel a gradual melting or spreading sensation as restrictions release.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces deep, long‑standing tightness that regular stretching doesn’t reach
  • Improves range of motion in stiff areas like shoulders, hips, and spine
  • Eases pain patterns related to old injuries or repetitive strain
  • Supports better posture and body awareness
  • Helps your whole system feel more integrated and balanced

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy uses gentle suction to lift the tissue instead of compressing it. This clinical decompression helps increase local blood flow, move stagnant fluids, and reduce deep muscle tension.

In a session, therapeutic cups are placed on targeted regions such as the back, shoulders, or legs. They may stay in one place or be moved slowly over the myofascial tissue. You might see temporary circular marks afterward; these are not bruises but a normal physiological response as circulation increases.

Therapeutic Benefits

  • Enhances systemic blood flow to overworked muscle groups
  • Accelerates recovery following high-intensity training cycles
  • Reduces chronic stiffness and alleviates deep fascial tension
  • Supports the body’s natural metabolic clearance and healing cycles
  • Targets persistent pain in neck, upper back, and lower extremities

Chair Massage Focus

Chair Massage is a focused, clinical recovery method performed in a specialized ergonomic chair. It is an ideal solution when you require targeted relief for the upper body but have limited time or prefer to remain fully clothed throughout the session.

Therapeutic Benefits

  • Rapid tension release in neck, shoulders, and upper back
  • Effective mitigation of stress and occupational fatigue
  • Enhanced localized circulation and Reduced postural stiffness
  • Clinical efficiency with minimal logistical requirements
  • Immediate improvement in cognitive focus and physical refreshment

Our therapists utilize specific kinetic techniques adjusted to your intensity preference, addressing the neck, shoulders, spine, and upper extremities to ensure comprehensive restorative outcomes.

Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy uses specific tones and vibrations to help calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation. Instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, or gentle percussion are used in a structured, therapeutic way. In a session, you remain fully clothed and comfortably supported while listening to carefully layered sounds. The vibrations help shift your body out of “fight or flight” and into a more restorative state.

Therapeutic Benefits

  • Promotes deep relaxation and a sense of calm
  • Supports better sleep quality and recovery
  • Helps reduce perceived stress and anxiety
  • Encourages gentle regulation of heart rate and breathing patterns
  • Complements hands-on therapies for a more complete reset

Recovery Sessions Strategy

Integrated Recovery Strategy

Recovery Sessions are integrated appointments designed to help your body bounce back from training, competition, or high-stress periods. We combine multiple tools based on what your body needs that day. A session may include targeted massage, assisted stretching, corrective exercise, cupping, or other modalities. We assess how you’re feeling, then build a plan to reduce fatigue, address tight areas, and support your next performance.

Key Benefits

  • Speeds recovery between workouts, games, or races
  • Reduces soreness and stiffness after intense activity
  • Helps prevent overuse injuries by addressing issues early
  • Supports better movement quality and performance over time
  • Provides a structured plan for ongoing athletic and lifestyle recovery

Hot Stone Therapy

Experience the power of heated basalt stones to melt deep-seated muscle tension and boost your natural circulation. This soothing clinical treatment anchors you in a state of profound relaxation, facilitating cellular renewal and physical restoration.

Clinical Benefits

  • Reduces deep muscle spasms and chronic tension
  • Promotes vasodilation to enhance systemic circulation
  • Modulates the parasympathetic nervous system for stress reduction
  • Facilitates deeper myofascial release with natural thermal heat
  • Increases overall flexibility and range of motion

This approach directly modulates the parasympathetic nervous system, providing immediate relief from physical tension while supporting the body's natural metabolic clearance processes.

Physiological Outcomes
  • Reduced systemic cortisol levels and stress biomarkers
  • Enhanced lymphatic drainage and fluid metabolic exchange
  • Improved muscular elasticity and myofascial integrity
  • Calibrated autonomic nervous system response
